The FL.56 clone is the less vigourous M9 subclone on the market and therefore ideally suited for fertile soils or strong growing apple varieties (so called triploid types like the ‚Jonagold‘ or ‚Bramley’s‘.)
With this M9 FL56 rootstock it is possible to have a high fruit production in an intensive orchards at ultra good fertile conditions.
