We grow for years!

Our story begins in the 1980s with the Blok family in Luttelgeest, deep in the unique fertile soils of the Noordoostpolder in the Flevoland province, the Netherlands.
As pioneers in the polder, we started growing the highest quality starting material for fruit-bearing plants- and trees. All with passion and dedication.
Today, that same passion is still the driving force behind our company.

Since 2005, Fairplant has developed into a leading pioneer in the sector. Our years of experience and our unique location contribute to our success.
Our nurseries, propagation laboratory and the process innovations of recent years are a clearly visible proof of our dedication and growth.

In 2021, we set up new business units, such as our Propagation lab and Covered Nursery, which allows us to respond even better to the needs of the market.
We manage the entire supply chain in-house, which enables us to guarantee the highest quality standards. This is recognized by the market and our customers worldwide

Our Facilities

• 42 hectares of open field nursery: Here we grow our plants with care and dedication.
• 1 hectare of covered nursery: Including insect-free sections for optimal plant health.
• Tissue Culture Laboratory: Equipped with the latest techniques and more than 20 years of experience ready for 2 million plants per year.
• Modern cooling facilities: For optimal storage of plants, with data logging and traceability.
• Sorting & Grading facilities: Located in the Netherlands and Poland for efficient processing with the latest techniques.
• Packing & Shipping facilities: Centrally located in Emmeloord – The Netherlands, where +10 million plants are prepared for worldwide export each year.
